EQB / B Automotive

DCEC EQB / B series automotive engine is four-strokes engine with 102mm bore and 120mm stroke, Equipped with Bosch (or BYC or Weifu) pump. engine comes with turbocharger and Air- Air intercooler. The prime power range is from 92 kW to 210 kW.
As part of EMAC, DuraMac provides complete powertrain that integrated with DCEC engine, Fast-Eaton clutch, FAST-CAT transmission, Dongfeng-DANA axle and Komman air suspension, while the electrification of automobile is the certain future, Duramac also get involved with EV powertrain system. DCEC EQB / B series electronic automotive engine can reach upto EU Stage VI emission standard, the number 30/40/50/60 are the emission standard mark of engine, which means engine emission standard are EU Stage III, IV, V, VI. Solid-state batteries are regarded as the next-generation core technology for lithium-ion batteries, and they significantly outperform traditional liquid-based lithium-ion batteries in terms of safety, energy density, and lifespan. Their essential feature is the replacement of liquid electrolytes with solid electrolytes, while also eliminating separators. This addresses risks such as flammability and electrolyte leakage at the source, leading to a substantial improvement in thermal stability. For instance, some inorganic solid electrolytes can withstand temperatures up to 1000°C, and are non-flammable and non-corrosive. In terms of energy density, all-solid-state solutions can easily achieve over 350–400 Wh/kg, exceeding the upper limit of approximately 300 Wh/kg for liquid-based batteries. Thus, they are widely regarded as the key technological foundation for future electric vehicles and grid energy storage systems.

Driven by policy, demand, and technology, solid-state batteries are accelerating their commercialization. With their high safety and energy density, they hold broad prospects in new energy vehicles, low-altitude vehicles, and consumer electronics. They are expected to first achieve mass production and cost reduction in the eVTOL and consumer electronics sectors, followed by gradual application in the powertrain sector. Estimates indicate that global solid-state battery shipments will reach 808GWh by 2030. All-solid-state batteries are expected to achieve technical finalization and small-scale mass production by 2027, with commercial mass production expected by 2030. Demand will exceed 150GWh, with penetration rates in the powertrain, eVTOL, and consumer electronics sectors reaching 3%, 40%, and 15%, respectively. On the material side, all-solid-state battery technology is converging, with sulfide-based electrolytes predominating and halides showing great potential. The cathode is evolving towards higher voltage and higher specific capacity, while the anode focuses on lithium metal, requiring current collectors adapted to sulfide systems. The equipment sector is also increasing in value, with dry-process technology being adopted in the front-end, lamination and new processes being adopted in the middle stage, and liquid injection eliminated and formation pressure increased in the back-end. At the same time, we need to pay attention to the risks of technological progress, route changes and downstream demand falling short of expectations.
