EvMac UAVs Low Temperature Battery

Low-temperature batteries provide crucial support for unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) operating in extreme environments. Traditional lithium-ion batteries experience a sharp decline in performance at temperatures below 0°C, with reduced endurance and even failure to start. In contrast, new low-temperature batteries, through innovative electrolyte formulations and electrode modification technologies, can stably output electrical energy within the temperature range of -40°C to 50°C. They are also equipped with adaptive thermal management systems to reduce energy consumption.
In practical applications, these batteries enable UAVs to break through low-temperature limitations: they can collect data for long periods during polar expeditions, ensure search and rescue endurance in extremely cold environments during disaster relief, achieve stable patrols in alpine border areas, and remove obstacles for UAV logistics in frigid regions. In a previous test, a UAV equipped with a low-temperature battery successfully completed its flight mission stably in a -36°C environment, fully verifying its reliability.
